Great room design with writing desk and sofa chair. Comfortable bed. The hotel is located close to the metro station, making it convenient for transportation.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned, it looked old and there were finger marks on the bathroom tumbler, mini bar glass, and tea cup. there was no iron in the room and the WiFi speed was very slow.

I recently stayed at Marco Polo Hotel for a few nights during my trip to Dubai. The staff, especially Jyoti, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. The beds were comfortable and we had a restful sleep. The staff at both the hotel and food service were excellent, providing helpful and attentive service. a great place to stay in Dubai.

Clean and modern rooms with impressive amenities like electronic curtains and gym. Attentive and accommodating staff who speak English well. Located near vibrant restaurants and supermarkets. Affordable price for excellent service and facilities. Lovely touch with the complimentary welcome cupcake.

I chose this hotel for a team retreat and found the meeting facilities conducive for our collaborative discussions. The staff's helpfulness and the comfortable rooms made our stay enjoyable.

The only service I missed for my work was a more detailed and updated tourist map of the hotel's area.

The airport pick up was excellent, with friendly and cooperative staff. Our room was upgraded free of charge and the AC and blinds were satisfactory. The location was convenient for accessing transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. We had a good experience at the Bombay restaurant with live music.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is great, situated in an upmarket area, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and lots of entertainment facilities. The staff from the receptionist to the on-duty manager during our check-in time, all had great customer service. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pool and the spa centre was an added bonus. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed such as free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and electric kettle.

The emphasis on security and privacy made our family feel safe and welcomed throughout our stay. The South Indian Club in the lobby exuded a delightful charm, providing outstanding warmth and service. Our excursion concluded with a picturesque drive down Sheik Zayed Road, bordered with majestic skyscrapers, and an enjoyable shopping experience at one of the city's most popular retail malls.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities onsite.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is great for travelers needing quick access. The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly, but the food could have been better. Taxis were easily accessible from the front of the hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, and the bathroom was too small to be comfortable.

Felt most welcome, no complaint

I always return to this hotel. The staff once found my forgotten shower bag. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, pools, dining, a spa. Plus, it's non-smoking. I'm coming back this weekend.

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was easy to get around the city with the close proximity to a train station. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even providing pickup service upon arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the facilities were great, including the delicious Bombay restaurant.

The South Indian Club located in the lobby of the hotel was an absolute delight. The warmth and service reminded me of being welcomed into a cozy, bustling South Indian home. The friendly staff and delicious cuisine made me feel right at home in a faraway land.
